Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, enjoyable and well-managed environment for all players and visitors the following rules apply to everyone using the Fastt Sports Venue.

1. General Conduct

All players and visitors must behave respectfully towards staff, other players and spectators.
Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to remove any person who does not abide by the rules.

2. Booking and Timekeeping

All courts must be booked in advance.
Play must start and end within the booked time slot.
Late arrivals do not qualify for extended time.
Extra time is subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Court Usage

Courts may only be used for their intended sport.
Correct footwear is required at all times (non-marking sport-appropriate shoes)
No food, glass or chewing gum is allowed on the courts.
Drinks must be in non-glass containers and kept of the playing surfaces.
Only players are permitted on the court during play.

4. Equipment

Players must play with correct equipment on the different courts.
Equipment must be used with care.
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
Bare feet play is not permitted.

5. Safety

Players participate at their own risk
Be aware of other players at all times to avoid collisions
Warm-ups are recommended before play.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Report injuries or unsafe conditions at all times.

6. Floodlights and Evening play

Floodlights are available for evening bookings where applicable.

7. Weather Conditions

Outdoor play is subject to weather conditions.
Management may suspend play if conditions are unsafe.
No refunds for weather interruptions.
If a session is cancelled due to weather, players are offered to a re-schedule.

8. Spectators

Spectators must remain in designated areas.
No interference with games or players are allowed.
Children must remain under adult supervision.

9. Cleanliness and Venue care

Please use bins provided.
Leave courts and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

10. Liability

Fastt Sports Venue is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage to personal belongings.
Use of the venue constitutes acceptance of these ruled.

11. Management rights

Management reserves the right to amend rules, refuse entry or cancel bookings if venue rules are not followed.
